YOBO Gameware Company Warranty Policy

 

All systems and accessories are covered under a 6-month warranty from Date of Purchase unless otherwise noted.  If there are accessories not covered under this period, it will be listed on the price list or noted when orders are placed.

 

Please make sure if a system is being returned, that all accessories in the box are being returned together.

 

All repair parts are covered under a 90-day warranty from Date of Purchase unless otherwise noted.  Again, if there are parts not covered under this period, it will be listed on the price list or noted when orders are placed.

 

Please note all warranty Void when warranty seal or sticker of the products is broken.

 

For exchange or returns of defective items within warranty period-

 

No returns will be accepted without a valid assigned RMA number from our company.  Please contact us to obtain a RMA number prior to your shipment.  It is very important to mark the RMA number outside the returned box and enclose a detail list of your returns inside the box.

Once the returns have been processed, we will send out the replacement.  If any items are not in stock, credit will be issued at current replacement cost which you may apply for future orders.

 

As customers, you are responsible for shipping charges that incur for return items.  As vendors, we will cover shipping charges for replacement. 

 

For returns of not defective goods-

 

Goods returned must be in its original, clean packaging without any marks or stickers.  Please follow the steps for returns of defective items.  And note that a restocking fee may be charged.
